1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player") and 88atm ("Platform" or "We"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the 88atm platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all provisions of this Agreement.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts;

6. Game Rules and Results

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our customer support. Valid account balances will be returned after the appropriate compliance review.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 88atm shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform, including:

• Loss of opportunity, financial loss, or anticipated profits;
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control;
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third parties (banks, e-wallet providers, etc.);
• Unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
